Once you have created your auction and decided what day it will be run you will be at the point of wanting to add lots to your auction.
You can add these one at a time using the editor in the admin system, or you can use an Excel Spreadsheet to prepare a list of lots for the auction, and then upload them to the auction.
The Excel will typically look like this, covering the basic information you need to create a lot.
Each lot can be specified on each line of the spreadsheet. There is a column for the most commonly needed pieces of information. Fill in each one, line by line.
The start and end date & time will be automatically created when the lots are uploaded to the auction platform, according to the start and end date & time in the auction you created for these lots.
Select the Excel using the 'Bulk Upload Lots' button.
The lots will be uploaded and shown here in green. Any lots that fall outside the capacity you have for your auction (see product settings) will be uplaoded. Any that fall outside this limit will not be uploaded.
Press button 'Upload 13 lots' to upload the lots to the platform.
When the lots have been uploaded they will appear as DRAFT lots in the lot management page.
Once the lots are ready to be published they an be done so by following the details in the section Publishing Lots.
